Our exercise programs are based off the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s (NASM) Optimum Performance Training model (OPT). The OPT model is based on scientific evidence and is designed with 5 phases to help people of all fitness levels progress towards their fitness goals safely and effectively. The 5 phases include:

  • Phase 1- Stabilization Endurance
  • Phase 2-Strength Endurance
  • Phase 3- Hypertrophy
  • Phase 4- Maximal Strength
  • Phase 5- Power
