Dr.
Linda Gettinger Dinner specializes in health promotion, and disease
prevention for people of all ages. She is the founder of The Wellness
Mentors, a group-based practice, helping individuals to reach their
highest potential in wellness, and in life.
Dr. Linda is trained and
licensed as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner in the State of Florida.
In addition to her practice as a psychotherapist, Dr. Linda is a
Reiki Master, and focuses her attention on treating and healing people
from a mind, body, and spiritual perspective.
Often times, she
combines the practice of Reiki with psychotherapy, in
order to assist her patients to yield maximum results in total
health and wellness. In academia, Dr. Linda is a University
Professor at both Nova Southeastern University, in Fort Lauderdale,
FL, and at the University of Phoenix, in Plantation, FL.
Her
administrative position with the School Board of Broward County, as
the Health Science Education Curriculum Specialist, affords her the
opportunity to take part in a very challenging and meaningful experience
of overseeing the health occupation programs in Broward County.

Dr. Linda has been a provider of continuing education for
nurses in the State of Florida for close to two decades. She is
a published author and a very dynamic motivational speaker on health
and wellness issues. Her public speaking is geared for all audiences.
She is motivating and speaks from the
heart. Her passion is in developing
wellness programs for women and children. Dr. Linda authors an advice
column in The Happy Herald newspaper, titled "Positive
Parenting."
She
